摘　　要：输血管理工作是一种创造性的工作,创造性主要表现在引用大量现代管理科学的概念方法等,并且不断与与自身的特点相结合,形成适合自身发展的管理科学。作者将管理心理学的基本理论和研究方法等知识运用于输血医学的各项实践活动中,强调以人为中心的管理思想,并在输血管理中有效地利用人的心理活动规律有效地调动工作的积极性,更好地提高输血机构的效率,保证临床用血的科学、安全。Transfusionmanagement is a creative work. It＇s creativity is mainly manifested in introducing a large number of modern management science concepts and methods and combining these methods with its own characteristics to develop a system suitable for its development. We applied the basic theories and the research method of managerial psycholog to transfusion medicine practice,emphasizd the human centered management thought and effectively used psychological hales to mobilize the working enthusiasm in order to improve the efficiency oftransfusion agencies and ensure the reasonable and safe clinical blood use.
