腹股沟嵌顿疝无张力修补40例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊行无张力修补术的可行性。方法对张家港市第一人民医院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的40例腹股沟嵌顿疝无张力修补术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果40例患者均治愈，未发生补片感染，术后随访半年以上，无复发。结论腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊行无张力修补术是安全、可行的。Objective To evaluate the possibility of tension-flee heniorrhaphy in incarcerated groin hernias. Methods Retrospectly analyze the treatment result for 40 cases of incarcerated groin hernias with tension-free heniorrhaphy from January 2010 to December 2012 in the hospitalized patients. Results All 40 patients recovered smoothly after operation, there was no case with wound infection.The follow visit time were more than halfa year, there was no recurrence case up to now. Conclution The treatment of incarerated groin hernias with tension-free herniorrhaphy is safe and feasible.
