摘 要:目的研究姜黄的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱法分离纯化单体化合物并应用NMR技术鉴定其化学结构。结果分离纯化得到了3个化合物,分别鉴定为:6-(4,5-dihydroxy-4-methyl-cyclohex-2-en-1-yl)-2-hydroxy-2-methylheptan-4-one(Ⅰ),(6S)-2-methyl-6-[(1R,5S)-(4-methene-5-hydroxyl-2-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one](Ⅱ)和bisacurone B(Ⅲ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新天然产物。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Curcuma longa L. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis. RESULTS Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 6 - (4,5 -dihydroxy -4 - methylcyclohex -2 - en - 1 - yl) -2 - hydroxy -2 - methyl - heptan - 4 - one ( 1 ) , (6S) - 2 - methyl - 6 - [ ( 1 R, 5S) - ( 4 - meth - ene - 5 - hydroxyl - 2 - cyclohexen)] - 2 - hepten - 4 - one( Ⅱ ) and bisacurone B ( Ⅲ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ was isolated from the nature for the first time.
