济川养生驻颜不老方对肾虚型颈椎病大鼠的初步药效学研究

摘　　要：目的考察济川养生驻颜不老方对肾虚型颈椎病大鼠的初步药效学作用。方法建立大鼠肾虚型颈椎病动物模型,ig济川养生驻颜不老方,检测大鼠子宫及附件形态和质量、血清中雌二醇(E2)的含量、颈椎间盘组织病理学指标,评价其药效学。结果与模型组相比,济川养生驻颜不老方具有改善模型大鼠E2含量、颈椎间盘组织病理学功能学特征的作用,对模型大鼠形态学改善不明显。结论济川养生驻颜不老方对肾虚型颈椎病大鼠具有一定的药效作用,可能与肾功能调节有关。OBJECTIVE To study the primary pharmacodynamic effects of Jichuan Yangsheng Zhuyan Bulao Fang（JYZBF） to the cervical spondylosis rat with kidney deficiency. METHODS The pharmaeodynamic effects were evaluated by detecting the rats＇ morphology, quality of uterus and the accessories, content of serum estradiol （ E2 ） and pathology index of cervical disc tissue, after establishing the rat model of cervical spondylosis with kidney deficiency and then oral administered with JYZBF. RESULTS The results suggested the testing drug could improve the content of estradiol （ E2 ） and make the function characteristics of cervical disc tissue for cervical spondylosis rats with kidney deficiency, while the change of morphology effect was not obvious. CONCLUSION JYZBF has a certain pharmacological activity to the cervical spondylosis rats with kidney deficiency, and the specific mechanism may be related to the regulation of renal function.
