百花定喘片中药材的鉴别及其黄芩苷、橙皮苷的测定

摘　　要：目的建立百花定喘片的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别制剂中的黄芩、牡丹皮，用HPLC测定制剂中的黄芩苷、橙皮苷。结果TLC斑点清晰；黄芩苷1．6～32．0μg·mL^-1与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0．9996），其平均回收率为98．20％，RSD=1．00％；橙皮苷0．0542～0．542μg·mL^-1与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为101．76％，RSD=1．86％。结论所建立的质量标准简便可行，可用于百花定喘片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Baihua Dingchuan tablets. METHODS Scutellariae radix and Paeonia Suffruticosa in Baihua Dingchuan tablets were identified by TLC. HPLC was used to determine the content of Baicalin, hesperidin in Baihua Dingchuan tablets. RESULTS The spots of TLC were clear. The content of baicalin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.6 - 32.0μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 9996 ） by HPLC. The average recovery was 98.20 % （ RSD = 1.00% ）. The content of hespefidin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.0542 -0. 542μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 9999） by HPLC. The average recovery was 101.76% （RSD = 1. 86% ）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to quality control of Baihua Dingchuan tablets.
