摘  要:目的采用气相色谱法测定艳山姜中桉油精的含量。方法用挥发油提取器回流提取,采用SE-54毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,0.5μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,柱温为70℃,气化和检测温度为200℃,载气为氮气,流速为40mL·min^-1,进样量5μL,用外标法计算艳山姜药材中的桉油精。结果桉油精1.33~11.93μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998);加样回收率为101.0%,RSD=1.45%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确、重复性好,可为艳山姜的质量标准研究提供参考。OBJECTIVE To develop a gas chromatography for determing of cineol in Alpinia zerumbet. METHODS Alpinia zerumbet was extracted with volatile oils extractor and separated with the capillary column SE - 54 ( 30 m × 0.53 mm, 0.5 μm) , and the content of cineol was detected by FID. The temperature was 70℃ ,injection chamber and detector temperature was 200 ℃, the carrier gas was N2 ,velocity of flow was 40 mL. min 1 , injection volume was 5μL. The conent of cineol was calculated by external standard method. RESULTS Cineole showed good linearity in the concentration range of 1.33 - 11.93 μg ( r = 0. 9998 ), the average recovery rate was 101.0% with the RSD of 1.45%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the cineol in Alpinia zerumbet.
