摘　　要：口服掩味释药系统是综合应用掩味技术和释药技术掩盖药物不良口味、控制药物释放、满足临床需要的一类给药系统,对提高儿童和特殊用药人群的依从性具有重要的价值,掩味释药新制剂发展迅速。本文讨论了掩味释药技术研究和应用进展,重点介绍了以口腔崩解片、口腔膜剂为代表的新型掩味释药系统制备和特性评价技术,以期推动我国制剂技术创新和工业药剂学发展。Orally taste masking drug delivery systems can mask unpleasant taste of a drug and modify the drug＇s release to meet clinical needs by utilizing comprehensive application of taste masking technologies and drug delivery technologies. These technologies are important in improving patient compliance, especially in the pediatric and geriatric population. Recently, the novel preparations of taste masking drug delivery systems have expanded rapidly. This article introduced the research and application advancement of taste masking technologies and drug delivery technologies. We focused on preparation and evaluation of orally disintegrating tablets and oral films as representatives of novel taste masking drug delivery systems. These technologies will promote pharmaceutical technology innovation and the development of pharmaceutical industry in China.
