摘 要:目的:观察复方黄柏液对家兔皮肤破损创口愈合的影响以及对常见致病菌株及耐药菌株的抗菌活性。方法:用直径6.5 mm环钻在家兔耳内侧做环形切口,复制皮肤切除性伤口模型;用手术刀切开家兔皮肤,深及肌层,复制切开性伤口模型,分别使用复方黄柏液(0.3,0.2,0.1 mL)及百多邦外敷伤口,qd,给药7 d,观测创面愈合情况。采用肉汤稀释法,测定复方黄柏液对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白假丝酵母菌、大肠埃希菌及耐药菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌的MIC和MBC。结果:复方黄柏液可不同程度提高创口上皮细胞覆盖率和创口皮肤张力,并抑制受试菌的生长。结论:复方黄柏液可明显促进皮肤伤口的愈合,并对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌具有明显的抑制作用。Objective:To observe the antibiosis effects of Fu Fang Huang Bai (FFHB) liquid on wound healing in rabbits. Methods: Circular wound was made using a 6.5mm-diameter biopsy punch through the skin to the level of the cartilage on the ventral aspect of each rabbit ear, and the skin of rabbit limbs was cut with scalpel until incision was made. The wounds were then treated with FFHB liquid of 0. 3,0. 2,0.1 mL for 7 d. Using the broth dilution method, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of FFHB liquid were determined on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Beta hemolytic streptococcus, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and drug resistant bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Results : FFHB liquid increased the coverage of epithelial cells on the circular wound and the tensile strength of incision scar significantly, and had good antibacterial effects on all bacteria. Conclusion: FFHB liquid improved wound healing and had good antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, and beta hemolytic streptococcus.
