摘　　要：目的观察金水宝胶囊联合氯沙坦钾治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床疗效。方法将82例早期2型DN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组41例。在常规综合治疗基础上,对照组给予氯沙坦钾治疗,治疗组给予金水宝胶囊联合氯沙坦钾治疗。比较2组治疗前后血清肌酐(Scr)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿微量白蛋白(MAU)和尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)水平。结果治疗后,2组Scr、Cys-C、MAU和UAER水平均较治疗前明显降低;治疗组治疗后Scr、Cys-C、MAU和UAER水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论金水宝联合氯沙坦钾可显著改善早期2型DN患者的肾功能,减轻尿蛋白,阻止并延缓DN进展。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with losartan potassium on treatment of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods 82 patients with early type 2 DN were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 41 cases in each group. Based on conventional comprehensive treatment, the control group was treated with losartan potassium, while the treatment group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule and losartan potassium. Levels of serum creatinine （Scr）, cystatin C （Cys C）, urine microalbumin （MAU） and urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of Scr, Cys - C, MAU and UAER in both groups decreased, and the levels of Scr, Cys C, MAU and UAER in treatment group were signifi- cantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule combined with losartan potassium can significantly improve the renal function in patients with early type 2 DN, alleviate urine protein and delay DN progression.
