泡沫敷料在胸腔闭式引流管换药护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨泡沫敷料在胸腔闭式引流管患者换药护理中的应用研究。方法选择入住胸外科行胸腔闭式引流患者共126例,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组应用泡沫敷料进行换药护理,对照组应用普通干性纱布敷料进行换药护理,且2组同时给予常规胸腔闭式引流护理、营养支持、抗感染、心理护理等,比较2组患者静息时及换药时的疼痛评分、拔管后伤口愈合时间、平均换药间隔时间、患者满意度。结果 2组患者静卧时的疼痛评分差异无统计学意义,2组患者换药时的疼痛评分、平均换药间隔时间及拔管后伤口愈合时间、并发症发生率、患者满意度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用泡沫敷料对胸腔闭式引流管患者进行换药护理,能有效减少伤口处并发症发生、延长换药间隔时间、减少换药次数、缩短局部伤口愈合时间,同时使伤口愈合过程变得舒适,使患者在静息时及更换敷料时无痛或疼痛减轻,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application of foam dressing in nursing of medicine changing of closed drainage of thoracic cavity. Methods 126 patients with closed thoracic drainage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was applied foam dressing nursing, while the control group was conducted normal dry gauze dressing nursing. The patients in the two groups were all given the routine nursing of closed thoracic .t drainage, nutrition, antiinfection and psychological nursing. And the pain score of restmg and dressing, time of wound healing after extubation, the average intervals of changing, patients＇ satisfaction were compared in two groups. Results The difference was not statistically significant in the resting pain score. And the difference was statistically significant in the average time interval, score of dressing pain, time of wound healing after extubation, complications and patient satisfaction. Conclusion Application of foam dressing of closed thoracic drainage to nurse the patients can effectively reduce the wound complications, prolong the time interval, shorten the wound healing time. The patients feels comfortable during wound healing process and painless in resting time or dressing changing time, which has improved patients＇ satisfaction.
