纽曼护理对卵巢囊肿手术患者幸福水平与护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨纽曼护理在卵巢囊肿患者围术期的应用效果。方法将80例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用纽曼护理,比较2组的健康知识、心理状态以及护理满意度。结果观察组的健康知识得分显著高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组,术后疼痛显著低于对照组,术后正性因子评分、主观幸福感总分显著高于对照组,负性因子评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纽曼护理以最大限度维护患者的健康为目的,可显著改善卵巢囊肿患者的不良情绪,减轻疼痛,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore effect of the Newman nursing in perioperative patients with ovarian cyst. Methods 80 patients with ovarian cyst were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given Newman nursing based on the control group. Health knowledge, psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than those in the control group. Postoperative pain was significantly lower than that in the control group. Postoperative positive factor score, subjective well - being scores were significantly higher than those in the control group. Negative factor scores were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The difference was statistical significance since nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Newman nursing maximizes the maintenance of the health of patients. It significantly improves the negative emotion of patients with ovarian cysts, relieves pain, and enhances nursing satisfaction.
