摘　　要：目的总结高龄冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的护理对策。方法回顾性分析157例高龄冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床资料。结果本组病例手术治疗成功151例,共植入支架425枚,成功率为96%结论针对高龄冠心病患者特点实施有效的护理措施是成功介入治疗的有力保证。Objective To summarize the nursing measures of 157 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated by percutaneous coronary intervention therapy （PCI）. Methods The material of 157 patients with coronary heart disease treated with PCI therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 151 patients with PCI therapy were successfully treated and 425 heart stent in total were implanted. The successful rate was 96 %. Conclusion Effective nursing measures for coronary heart disease were the guarantee of successful PCI therapy.
