摘　　要：目的总结经导管行射频消融术治疗房颤患者的护理体会。方法对52例治疗患者术前给予充分的心理指导并完善术前准备、术中全面配合医生、术后密切进行病情观察及预防并发症的发生,做好伤口护理及活动、饮食指导,出院时给予健康宣教。结果所有患者在接受射频消融术治疗后均康复出院。结论重视并加强房颤患者的术前、术中及术后护理,可有效减少各种并发症发生,改善患者的生活质量,提高手术治疗成功率。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with atrial fibrillation（AF） undergoing catheter radio frequency ablation therapy. Methods Patients with AF were given effective mental guidance before catheter radio frequency ablation therapy and preoperative preparation and nursing cooperation during the operation were given. Meanwhile, close observation and prevention of complications after therapy were conducted. Wound care, activities and dietary guidance and health education when they discharged were given to the patients. Results All pa- tients after radiofrequency ablation therapy recovered and discharged. Conclusion It is important to pay attention to preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing of patients with AF undergoing catheter radio frequency ablation therapy. It can effectively reduce all kinds of complications, improve patient＇s quality of life and enhance the success rate of operation.
