摘　　要：目的探讨肠系膜上动脉夹层动脉瘤介入治疗的护理经验。方法回顾性分析12例肠系膜上动脉夹层动脉瘤患者行血管腔内裸支架植入术的临床资料,术前准备充分,术中护士与医生默契配合,术后严格实施护理措施。结果通过介入护理,12例患者支架均成功植入,无并发症。结论血管腔内裸支架植入术治疗肠系膜上动脉夹层动脉瘤是安全有效的,在患者围术期提供了安全保障。Objective To explore the nursing experience of interventional therapy forisolated superior mesenteric artery dissection（ISMAD）. Methods The clinical material of 12 patients with ISMAD was retrospectively analyzed. Preoperative preparation, close coordination with doctors and strict postoperative nursing were the key to the operation. Results All patients were successfully implanted the stent without complication. Conclusion Percutaneous endovascular stent implantation is a reliable treatment for ISMAD and it provides security for patients in perioprative period.
