摘  要:目的:探讨提高骨科护士床边交接班质量的对策。方法:规范床边交接班流程。根据交接班流程和内容制定《床边交接班评分表》。对骨科3个病区的护士长进行培训,使用《床边交接班评分表》。结果:①骨科护士床边交接班整体情况良好,但在问候患者、称呼恰当,手卫生落实,岗前介绍等3个项目上均分不合格。②不同工作年限的护士和不同骨科专科工作年限的护士交接班得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化培训是提高床边交接班质量的重要途径。规范床边交接班流程和内容是提高床边交接班质量的关键。Objective:To study the countermeasures to improve the quality of the handing-over bedside of orthopaedic nurse.Methods:Standardizing bedside hand-over process.Making the《bedside hand-over rating scale》according to the hand-over process and content.Training the head nurse of orthopaedic three areas to use the《bedside hand-over rating scale》.Results:①Basic situation of orthopaedic nurse bedside hand-over is good,just in the greeting patients、call the right;hand hygiene implement,post introduce three projects the average is unqualified.②Different working years of nurses and different length of orthopedic nurse made the hand-over scores more diversity,the comparisons have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardization training is an important way to improve the quality of the handing-over bedside.Standard bedside hand-over process and content is the key to improve the quality of the handing-over bedside
