摘  要:为了研究牦牛粪便对燕麦(Avena sativa)种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响,试验采用牦牛粪便干物质的浸提液和含有牦牛粪便干物质的沙培基质,分别对燕麦种子的发芽率和幼苗生长情况进行观察、测定。结果表明:不同牦牛粪便干物质浸提液能够促进燕麦种子发芽,当牦牛粪便干物质的量与纯化水的体积比为1∶80时,燕麦种子的发芽率达到最大,且与其他处理差异显著(P<0.05);不同沙培基质对燕麦幼苗高度、地上(下)生物量有一定的促进作用,当细沙与放牧牦牛粪便干物质的量之比为210∶40时,燕麦幼苗高度、地上(下)生物量达到最大,且与其他处理差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,在一定范围内牦牛粪便对燕麦种子萌发和幼苗生长有明显的促进作用。To study the effects of yak manure on oat (Avena sativa) seed germination and seedling growth, the extracting solution of dry matter from yak manure and sand - cultured matrix containing dry matter from yak manure, were used for the observation and determination of the their effects on the germination rate of oat seed and seedling growth, respectively. The results showed that the extract solution from different propor- tions of dry matter of yak manure could promote the germination of oat seed, and its germination rate could be reached the maximum when the ratio of the dry matter from yak manure and the volmne of purified water was 1:80, and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with the other treatments. The sand - cultured matrix that contained different mass of dry matter from yak manure had a certain role in promoting the increases of the seedling height of oat and its aboveground and underground biomass. The seedling height of oat and its aboveground and under- ground biomass could be reached the maximum when the mass ratio of the fine sand to manure dry matter from grazing yak was 210:40, and the difference was significant (P 〈0.05 ) compared with the other treatments. The results indicate that yak manure has a significant role in promo- ting oat seed germination and seedling growth within a certain range.
