摘　　要：为了建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC法）同时测定牛羊肉中己烯雌酚、雌二醇、苯甲酸雌二醇和戊酸雌二醇残留量的方法，试验将样品用甲醇2次超声、离心，提取液浓缩后经0．45μm有机滤膜过滤，利用HPLC法进行测定。结果表明：4种组分分离良好，并得到浓度与峰面积成正比的工作曲线，相关系数达到0．999以上，精密度（CV）良好（CV≤0．80），回收率范围为85．96％-101．56％。To establish a hish performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method for the simultaneous determination of residues of diethylstil- bestrol, estradiol, estradiol benzoate and estradiol valerate in beef and mutton. The samples were extracted twice using ultrasonic bath with methanol, and the extraction liquid was centrifuged and concentrated, and then was filtrated with 0.45 μm organic membrane for analysis by u- sing HPLC method. The results showed that four kinds of components were separated well, and the working curve was obtained with proportional relationship between the peak area and the concentration and the correlation coefficient reached over 0. 999; the coefficients of variation （CV） were less than 0. 80, showing a good precision, and the recoveries were from 85.96% to 101.56%.
