血液透析闭路法回血时存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：目的对血液透析闭路法回血时存在的问题进行分析,并探讨有效的对策,防止对患者造成不良后果。方法总结2012年3月~2012年06月在海口市人民医院透析的85例患者共2 625次回血操作过程中潜在的问题。结果在临床的操作过程中,可能会发生微小气泡,微小血栓随回血进入患者体内,有时存在动脉压力过高难以实施闭路法回血。结论闭路法回血在临床操作过程中给患者带来了很多优点,但是还是存在很多需要注意的问题,在临床的实际操作过程中,护士要仔细观察,善于总结及时发现问题,同时,要求护士要有高度的责任心,敏锐的观察及思考能力。根据患者的实际情况采用不同的回血方式,确保患者安全,杜绝差错事故发生。[ Objective ] To analyze the existing problems of blood return when patients was in treatment of Hemodialysis closed-circuit method and take effective countermeasures to prevent the adverse consequences. [Methods] Potentialproblems existing in 85 cases of patients with 2 625 times blood return from March 2012 to June 2012 were summarized andcountermeasures were made. [ Results] Tiny bubbles, micro thrombosis with blood return may directly or indirectly have adverse consequences for the patients, there is potential safety hazard. [ Con- clusions ] In clinical practice observation, operation must strictly abide by rules, at the same time, high sense of re- sponsibility should be hold, and also operator should observing and thinking cautiously. Differentways of blood return should be made according to the actual situation of patients to prevent errors and ensure patients＂ safety.
