摘　　要：随着油厂规模的扩大,所用的压力容器和换热器的容积也随之增大,其密封性直接关系到蒸汽和溶剂的消耗,因此将氦检漏技术引入其检验,以保证容器的泄漏率符合要求。本文介绍了压力容器尤其是大容积容器氦检漏常用方法及其在工业生产上的应用。With expansion of the scale of oil factories, volume of pressure vessel and heat exchanger increasingly becomes large. Those tightness are directly related to the consumption of steam and solvent. So helium leak test was used to ensure vessel leakage rate of qualified. Common methods of helium leak test for pressure vessel, especially for large volume pressure vessel, and its application were desoribed in industrial production were described.
