风险投资进入农业科技企业的影响因素研究

摘　　要：基于经过风险投资机构评估过的全国85家农业科技企业的调查问卷数据,利用Logit回归模型分析风险投资进入农业科技企业的影响因素。实证分析结果表明,农业科技企业的注册资本规模、农业科技企业是否愿意出让部分股权、农业科技企业对风险投资及其运作方式是否了解、农业科技企业是否获得过专业风险投资机构的投资等因素对风险投资机构进入农业科技企业有显著影响,并且各因素与风险投资机构的投资决策呈正相关。要想加快风险资本和农业科技企业两者的结合,应该加强对农业科技企业风险投资知识的普及,对中小规模农业科技企业有效融资渠道的探索应该是未来亟需研究和挖掘的重点。In order to solve the financing problems of agricultural science and technology enterprises and promote risk investment to enter the field of agriculture, this paper surveys data from 85 agricultural science and technology enterprises, and uses Logit regression model to andlyze influence factors of risk investment entering agricultural science and technology enterprise. Empirical results show that ： the registered capital, the equity transfer will of agricultural science and technology enterprises, understanding degree of the operation of risk investment, the decision of introducing risk investment, etc. are significant factors to risk investment institutions entering the agricultural science and technology enterprises. And these factors are positively correlated with the investment decision of risk investment institutions. To accelerate the combination of venture capital and agricultural science and technology, enterprises should strengthen the popularization of agricultural sci ence and technology enterprise risk investment knowledge. Because of the high risk of investment in the agricultural sector, investment objects tend to lower risk agricultural science and technology enterprises. The existing risk investment and financing mode is not strong enough to support the small scale agricultural science and technology enterprise. To explore the effective financing channel of small and medium - sized enterprises of agricultural science and technology should be the future research emphasis.
