摘　　要：随着现代科学技术的不断发展,计算机软件得到快速的发展,其引发的各种法律问题也是其他产业未曾遇到过的。在计算机软件保护中,其保护形式多种多样,其中最为常见的保护方法为著作权保护法与专利保护法。本文主要对著作权保护法、专利保护法、商业秘密保护三种法律及计算机软件法律保护的相关措施进行探讨。With the continuous development of modern science and technology,computer software has obtained the fast development,the various legal issues which is caused by the other industries have not met.In the computer software protection,the protection of a variety of forms,the most common method of protection for copyright protection and patent protection law. This paper mainly discusses the copyright protection law, patent law,trade secret protection three related legal protection of law and computer software.
