摘　　要：本文从离退休信息工作在离退休管理工作中的重要性和目前人员信息的复杂性出发,提出了建立离退休信息管理系统的必要性,并从系统的设计原则、功能模块及特点对系统的开发进行了阐述。This article from retired retired management of information in the importance and complexity of the starting current personnel information,and the necessity to establish information management system for retirees,and the principles of system design,function modules and features to development of the system are described.
