摘 要:目的建立磺胺甲噁唑化学发光检测新方法。方法碱性介质中磺胺甲噁唑抑制Ag(III)配合物-鲁米诺发光体系的发光强度,且抑制强度与样品浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,由此建立Ag(Ⅲ)流动注射化学发光体系测定磺胺甲噁唑新方法。结果优化条件下,方法检出限(3σ)为3.0×10-10mol/L,在3.0×10-8mol/L^9.0×10-7mol/L和3.0×10-5mol/L^9.0×10-4mol/L范围内成良好线性关系。取3.0×10-5mol/L磺胺甲噁唑进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.08%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于尿液及血清中磺胺甲噁唑的测定。Objective To establish a new method for determination of sulfamethoxazole by flow injection (FI) - chemilumines- cent(CL) system. Methods The CL intensity of Ag(Ⅲ) -Luminol system could be significantly inhibited by sulfamethox- azole under alkaline conditions, and the strength of inhibition showed good linearity with the concentrations of sulfamethoxazole within a certain range. Based on this, a new method of FI - CL system for detection of sulfamethoxazole was developed. Results Under the optimized conditions, the linear range of the method were 3.0 ×10^-8 mol/L - 9.0×10^-7 mol/L and 3.0 ×10^-5 mol/L - 9.0 ×10^-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 3.0 x 10 -10 mol/L (3σ). The RSD ( n = 11 ) was 1.08% for 3.0 ×10^-5 mol/L of sulfamethoxazole. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and it can be used for determination of sulfamethox- azole in urine and serum.
