离子色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中HF、HCl和H_2SO_4

摘　　要：目的建立和探讨用KOH溶液作吸收液和淋洗液,通过一次采样并利用离子色谱仪同时测定工作场所空气中有毒物质HF、HCl和H2SO4含量的方法。方法用装有10.0 ml KOH吸收液的多孔玻板吸收管采集工作场所中的空气,再用配有EGC KOH淋洗液发生器的的离子色谱仪测定。结果在0μg/ml^100μg/ml范围内,HF的线性方程为Y=0.457X+0.012,r=0.9997,检出限为0.02μg/ml;在0μg/ml^300μg/ml范围内,HCl的线性方程为Y=0.291X-0.031,r=0.9995,检出限为0.04μg/ml;在0μg/ml^300μg/ml范围内,H2SO4的线性方程为Y=0.207X-0.029,r=0.9998,检出限为0.16μg/ml。方法的采样效率≥94.6%,精密度和准确度试验的RSD(%)均<10%,加标的回收率在98.2%~100.2%之间。结论本法操作简单、快速、无污染。方法的采样效率、线性范围、检出限、灵敏度、精密度和准确度都符合方法要求,能充分满足工作场所空气中氟化氢、氯化氢和硫酸的一次采样同时进行检测的要求。Objective To establish and discuss a method for simultaneous determination of toxic substances HF, HC1 and HzSO4 in workplace air by ion chromatography with KOH as eluent and absorbing liquid. Methods The workplace air was sampled with porous absorbtion tube containing 10.0 ml KOH absorption solution, and then determined by ion chromatograph coupled with EGC KOH eluent generator. Results In the range of 0 μg/ml - 100 μg/ml, the linear equation of of was Y = 0. 457X ＋ 0. 012, r = 0. 9997, the detection limit was 0.02 μg/ml. In the range of 0 p,g/ml - 300 μg/ml, the linear equation of HCL was Y = 0.291X - 0. 031, r =- 0. 9995, the detection limit was 0.04μg/ml. In the range of 0 μg/ml ~ 300 μg/ml, the linear equation of HzSO4 was Y = 0. 207X - 0. 029, r = 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.16 μg/ml. The sampling efficiency of the method was above 94.6 % , the RSDs of the precision and accuracy tests were both less than 10% , and the recovery was 98.2% - 100.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and pollution - free, and the sampling efficiency, linear range, detection limit sensitivity, precision and accuracy are all in line with the methodology requirements. It is suitable for determina- tion of hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride and sulfuric acid in workplace air by once sampling.
