湖州市居民糖尿病前期患病率的调查

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握湖州市居民的血糖水平,以及糖尿病及其前期的患病率情况。方法采用抽样调查的方法,对所采集的数据做统计分析。结果本研究共调查6 630例居民,其中,男性3 076例,占46.40%,女性3 554例,占53.60%;共检出糖尿病患者594例,检出率8.96%;IFG患者240例,检出率3.62%;IGT患者96例,检出率1.45%;共检出IGR患者336例,检出率5.07%。60岁以上年龄组,糖尿病、IGR检出率均最高7.64%,超重组糖尿病检出率最高,为14.68%,IGR检出率最高的是低体重组,为11.39%;统计分析显示,年龄、糖尿病家族史、腰围等因素差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湖州市糖尿病及其前期患病率较高,应进一步做好糖尿病病人管理,高危人群管理等工作,降低糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率。Objective To know about the level of blood glucose in residents of Huzhou city and the prevalence of diabetes and pre - diabetes. Methods Sampling survey methods were used to collect the relevant information for statistical analysis. Results A total of 6630 residents were involved in this investigation, including 3076 males （46.40%） and 3554 females （ 53.60% ）, and 594 diabetes cases were detected, the detection rate was 8.96%. There were 240 IFG cases （3.62%） , 96 IGT cases （1.45%） and 336 IGR cases（5.07% ） in the 6630 residents. The highest positive rates of diabetes and IGR were both found in people above 60 years old, 14.29% and 7.64% respectively. The overweight group had the highest prevalence of diabetes, 14.68%, while the low weight group had the highest positive rate of IGR, 11.39%. Statistical analysis showed that difference of age, family history of diabetes and waist circumference had statistical significance in positve rates of diabetes and pre - diabe- tes （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes and pre - diabetes were higher in Huzhou. Further management on the diabetes and high - risk groups of diabetes should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of diabetes and pre - diabetes.
