永康地区106株鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性及脉冲场凝胶电泳分析

摘  要:目的明确永康市第一人民医院临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性及通过脉冲场凝胶电泳技术了解菌株的同源性。方法收集永康市第一人民医院分离的106株鲍曼不动杆菌,用琼脂稀释法进行体外药敏试验;利用限制性内切酶Apa I进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE),利用BioNumerics软件进行聚类分析。结果 106株鲍曼不动杆菌中98株为痰液标本,主要来自外科ICU(39株)和内科ICU(31株)病区。所有菌株对多粘菌素敏感,除头孢哌酮/舒巴坦外,其余抗菌药物的耐药率均在59%以上。利用PFGE技术将随机选取的30株菌分为4个脉冲群,脉冲群A为主要流行克隆。结论鲍曼不动杆菌已成为永康市第一人民医院感染的重要病原菌,在多个科室播散,主要分布于内科ICU和外科ICU病区。本院鲍曼不动杆菌感染主要为A型克隆。Objective To understand the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates from the hospital and analyze the homology of these isolates by PFGE. Methods One hundred and six Acinetobacter baumannii strains were collected from the hospital for in vitro drug sensitivity test by agar dilution method. And the homology analysis was carried out by PFGE and BioN- umeries software. Results Ninety - eight strains were detected from sputum specimens in the 106 acinetobacter baumannii iso- lates, mainly from the ICUs of surgical department( 39 strains) and internal medicine department (31 strains). All the acineto- bacter baumannii isolates were sensitive to polymyxin, and the drug resistance rates to antibacterial agents were all over 59% ex- cept cefoperazone/sulbactam. Thirty randomly - selected Acinetobacter baumannii strains were classified into 4 types by PFGE, and A type was predominant. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii is the dominant pathogenic bacteria of hospital infection in the hospital, mainly distributed in ICUs of surgical department and internal medicine department. A was the main type of Acine- tobacter baumannii infection in the hospital.
