管井降水技术在西安地铁四号线中的应用

摘  要:西安地铁四号线大雁塔-后村站区间,工程建设影响范围内为地下潜水,暗挖段隧道基本位于地下水位以下,降水深度在底板以下1m,施工设计采用“管井降水”形式,在降水深度达不到设计要求时,采用增加管井的数量的补救措施,使基坑内外结合降水,通过计算在基坑内增加2口降水井并启用备用管井,利用原有基坑外设置的降水井和基坑内增加的降水井进行内外结合同时降水,以满足正常施工需求,降水效果较好,达到了预期目标,做到了无水施工。In the section between Dayanta Pagoda Station and Houcun Station of Subway Line 4 of Xi'an, there is underground water on the site under construction influence, the covered excavation tunnel is basically below the groundwater level and dewatering depth is lm under the bottom plate. In construction design, "tube well dewatering" method is used and the number of tube wells is increased where the dewatering depth fails to satisfy the design requirement, so as to realize joint dewatering both inside and outside the foundation pit. After calculation, two more dewatering wells are set and standby tube wells are used in the foundation pit. Joint dewatering of dewatering wells both inside and outside the foundation pit is realized to satisfy normal construction requirements. Favorable dewatering effect successfully reaches the expected aim and realizes water-free construction.
