农村住宅建筑节能评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：通过对比能源与环境设计先导计划(LEED)、英国建筑研究所环境评估法(BRE)和绿色奥运建筑评估体系(GBCAS)国内外已有评估体系,结合我国农村住宅建筑节能的特点,构建了农村住宅建筑节能评价指标体系。采用专家意见法和层次分析法确定指标权重,经案例实证分析确定了评价体系的合理性。Evaluation index system for rural residential building energy conservation is developed according to the energy conservation characteristics of domestic rural residential building, after comparison among foreign and domestic existing evaluation systems, such as LEED, BRE and GBCAS, etc. Index weight is determined by using expert opinion method and analytical hierarchy process, and rationality of the evaluation system is proved through analysis on real cases.
