比亚芬联合康复新治疗放射性肠炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨比亚芬联合康复新治疗放射性肠炎的效果。方法选择符合条件100例,随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组用比亚芬联合康复新保留灌肠,对照组用庆大霉素联合地塞米松保留灌肠,比较两组患者疼痛和排便功能失调纠正的时间。结果观察组减轻疼痛,纠正排便功能失调时间短,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论比亚芬联合康复新保留灌肠能够快速减轻放射性肠炎引起的疼痛和排便功能失调,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of biafine combined with kangfuxin in the treatment of radiation enteritis. Methods 100 cases of radiation enteritis patients were divided into the study group （ n =50） and control group （ n = 50 ） randomly. Patients in study group were done retention enema by using biafine combined with kangfuxin, while the patients in control group used gentamyein combined with dexamethasone. Compared the time that before the pain and the defecation dysfunction were corrected. Results The time that the pain relief and defecation dysfunction correction of study group were significantly shorter than that of control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions Retention enema by biafine combined with kangfuxin could quickly relief the pain caused by radiation enteritis and the defecation dysfunction, improve the quality of life.
