振动排痰联合超短波理疗治疗小儿肺炎的应用效果及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨振动排痰结合超短波理疗对小儿肺炎的治疗作用。方法将符合入选条件的100例支气管肺炎患儿随机分成两组,对照组在常规治疗基础上配合使用超短波治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上配合振动排痰加超短波;治疗结束时评估两组患儿疗效。结果入选时两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束时两组的临床症状都得到改善,观察组在临床症状消失时间上较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论振动排痰结合超短波理疗可促进小儿支气管肺炎临床症状的改善,缩短疗程。Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of vibration expectoration combined ultrashort wave therapy for children with pneumonia. Methods 100 children met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, children in the control group were given conventional therapy and ultrashort wave therapy, children in the observation group were given vibration expectoration combined ultrashort wave therapy on the basis of the conventional therapy, assessed clinical efficacy at the end of the treatment. Results There was no difference between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , at the end of treatment, clinical symptoms were improved in both groups. The time that clinical symptoms disappeared of the observation group was shorter compared with the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The vibration expectoration combined ultrashort wave therapy could promote clinical symptoms disappear and shorten the course of treatment.
