摘  要:患者通过面约和电话预约的方式提出复印病案的申请,病案工作人员通过身份审核,准确登记患者的信息准确,短信提醒患者提取病案复印资料的时间,方便患者快捷的获得病案复印资料,保证病案资料齐全。此项工作体现了"以病人为中心"的服务理念,减少患者等待复印病案的时间,有效提高了病案复印的工作效率,保证患者在预约的时间内顺利取得病案复印资料,提升了服务水平和患者满意度。Patients put forward medical record copy application through the way of telephone booking. Medical record staffs accurately register information of patients through identity audit, and remind patients to take away the medical record by SMS. These methods can make patients easy to get medical records, and make sure the medical record information is complete. This work reflects the "patient-centered" service concept, reduce the time of the patients waiting for the copy of medical record, effectively improve the efficiency of the medical record copy, ensure that patients can get the medical record copy materials in the appointment time, improved service levels and patient satisfaction.
