摘  要:公立医院改革试点工作需要探索路径,制度化、信息化、质量控制、绩效考核等综合管理手段可以作为有效管理路径应用。制度化管理的不断完善,使职工有共同遵守的办事规程和行动准则;信息化管理做到统计可实时溯源,数据真实可靠,从"源头"设"闸口",规范医疗行为;质量控制管理作为核心管理内容,三个评审质控中心,实现全面监控管理;绩效考核管理指标科学量化,注重过程考核,体现人文化管理。The public hospital reform need to explore the path. Integrated management methods could be used as an effective management path, such as institutionalization, informatization, quality control, performance appraisal. The staffs can comply with common work rules and standards by the improvement of systematic management. Informational management could help to track the statistical data in a real-time from the source, and insure the reliability of the data, while regulating the standard medical behavior. Quality control management is the .core of all management. Three review quality control centers can realize comprehensive monitoring management. It will embody the humane management by quantify the performance appraisal indicators scientifically and pay attention to the evaluation process.
