摘　　要：目的研发具有疗案三级质控评价、统计分析及查询功能的软件系统,使质量指标可测量化,提高质控效率与疗案质量。方法采用ASP.NET语言为开发工具,以SQLSERVER2008作为后台数据库,系统共分为系统管理、评分录入、查询报表3大模块。评分录入模块为三级疗案质控录入,查询报表模块支持日常智能检索查询及所有查询结果导出、打印,并自动汇总生成8种制式上报报表。结果软件系统较好地解决了疗案质控中的评价、统计分析与查询问题,院管理层和疗养科室可及时掌握疗案质控各项质量指标,并针对存在的问题。结论软件系统的研发应用,有效提高质控效率与疗案质量,使疗养院的疗案质控走向数字化、标准化、规范化、系统化。Objective To research and develop a software system of sanatorium medical record which has functions of three-level quality control evaluation, statistical analysis and query. To make quality indicators can be measured. To improve the efficiency of quality control and quality. Methods Using ASP.NET language as a development tool and SQLSERVER2008 as a background database. The System is divided into three modules which are system management, score entry, query statements. Query statements module can support daily intelligent retrieval query. All the query results can be exported, printed, and automatically generated eight kinds of formats summary report. Results Software system can well solve the problems of the evaluation, statistical analysis and query in sanatorium medical records. Hospital management and rehabilitation department can timely grasp the quality indexes of medical record quality control. Conclusion The software system development application can effectively improve the efficiency of quality control and Sanatorium medical record quality. It can make Sanatorium medical record quality control to digitization, standardization, standardization, systematization.
