摘　　要：本文概要介绍微创脊 柱外科的常用技术及其演进过程,同时亦对该领域中经皮穿刺技术和内镜技术的临床特点、应用价值以及这些技术的发展现状与发展前景进行简述。Minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques most in use and the process of their evolution have been mentioned in this paper. Meanwhile, percutaneous and endoscopic techniques which are among minimally invasive spinal surgery field have been briefly introduced for their clinic features and values. Present situation and prospects in future of these techniques have been discussed as well.
