摘　　要：目的检测皮肤病生活质量指标是否适用于我国国情。方法采用皮肤病生活质量指标对门诊患者进行大样本量的问卷调查。结果皮肤病生活质量指标具有较好的内容信度和效度,但是条目6、7、9对我国皮肤病患者并不适合;此外,对于饮食的影响在量表中并无体现。结论皮肤病生活质量指标应根据我国国情进行修订。Objective To examine whether the dermatology life quality index is suitable for current situation of our country. Methods A large survey sample size was conducted to outpatients using the Dermatology Life Quali-ty Index. Results Dermatology life quality index has good content validity and reliability, but item 6, 7 and 9 if it were not suitable for patients with skin diseases in our country. In addition, the effect of diet did not exist on the scale. Conclusion Dermatology life quality index should be revised according to China＇s current conditions.
