参松养心胶囊对不耐受抗心律失常西药的高龄患者室性早搏的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊对不耐受抗心律失常西药的高龄患者室性早搏的影响。方法不耐受抗心律失常西药的>80岁室性早搏患者60例,分成治疗组[30例,年龄(82±2)岁,参松养心胶囊4粒/次,3次·d-1]和对照组[30例,年龄(83±2)岁,宁心宝胶囊2粒/次,3次·d-1],治疗4周,比较治疗前后临床症状和24 h动态心电图室性早搏的改善状况和不良反应的发生率。结果治疗组较对照组临床症状显著改善(P<0.05),室性早搏显著减少(P<0.05),2组患者均无明显不良反应。结论参松养心胶囊显著减轻不耐受抗心律失常西药的高龄患者的临床症状和室性早搏,安全性好。Objective To study the effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule on ventricular premature beat in elderly patients intolerant of anti-arrhythmia drugs. Methods A total of 60 patients older than 80 and intolerant of anti-arrhythmia drugs were divided into a treatment group [30 patients, （82±2） years old, Shensong Yangxin capsule, 4 capsules a time, three times a day] and a control group [30 patients, （83 ±2） years old, Ningxinbao capsule, 2 capsules a time, three times a day）. Four weeks later, compare the symptoms, number of ventricular premature beat in 24 h dynamic electrocardiography （Holter） and side effect rate. Results Patients in the treatment group had much less symptoms （P 〈 0.05） and much less ventricular premature beat （P 〈 0.05） compared with the control group. Patients in both groups had no significant side effects. Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule can significantly reduce the symptoms and ventricular premature beat in elderly patients intolerant of anti-arrhythmia drugs, and is safe.
