摘  要:利用导航卫星的反射信号进行对地观测是一个新型的应用方向,北斗卫星导航系统的同步轨道、中轨道和倾斜轨道所构成的混合星座构成,使其在对地观测领域具有独特的优势,海风海浪观测是其重要应用之一。首先分析了国内外利用全球卫星导航系统反射信号进行海风海浪探测的情况,然后介绍北斗卫星反射信号接收机的设计及北斗应用软件系统设计。使用所设计的北斗反射信号海风海浪探测系统,在广东省深圳市进行了近3个月的台风探测实验,验证了北斗反射信号进行海风海浪探测的可行性。It is a new application field for the earth observation through reflections signal from navigation satellite. BeiDou navigation satellite system with its geostationary earth orbits (GEO), medium earth orbits (MEO) and (inclined geo-synchronous orbits) IGSO hybrid constellation has special features on earth observation field such as the sea wind and wave detection. This paper first introduces the current situation of the detection of sea wind and wave with global navigation satellite system (GNSS) reflected signals. Furthermore, the design of BDS reflected signal receiver and application software system are described in detail. With this designed sea wind and wave detection system using BeiDou reflected signals, one around three months typhoon detection experiment has been performed in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. The experiment demonstrates that it is feasible to detect sea wind and wave with BeiDou reflected signals.
