摘　　要：目的了解本院住院患者特殊使用级抗菌药物的应用情况，为本院抗菌药物的合理使用和科学管理提供依据。方法对2010-08～2013—08本院特殊使用级抗菌药物种类、销售金额、用药频度及用药日均费用等进行回顾性统计并分析。结果本院特殊使用级抗菌药物涉及8类11品种，以注射剂型为主，各类特殊使用级抗菌药物的用药频度及用药日均费用各不相同，排序比在0．5—2．0之间。结论本院特殊使用级抗菌药物应用存在部分不合理现象，应加强监管，防止滥用。Objective To investigate the application of antimicrobial for special use in inpatients, so as to provide references for the scientific management and rational application of antimicrobial drugs. Methods The partial types, sales amount, drug use frequency and drug use average daily expenses of antimicrobial for special use in our hospital from 2010.8-2013.8 were retrospectively analyzed and calculated. Results Eight categories and 11 kinds of antibacterials for special use had been used in the hospital, and was mainly injection. The indexes, such as drug use frequency and drug use average daily expenses and so on, of antibacterials for special use varied from each other. The order ratio was in the range of 0.5-2.0. Conclusion There were some irrational problems in the application of antimicrobial for special use in the hospital. The management should be strengthened to reduce its abuse.
