摘　　要：目的分析本院住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的应用情况,促进其用药合理性。方法回顾性调查本院2013年3季度住院患者使用糖皮质激素类药物的病历资料,随机抽样87份进行用药合理性分析。结果本院常见的糖皮质激素临床用途有9种,使用频率最高的用途为肿瘤化疗和不良反应预防。注射用糖皮质激素种类共7种,使用次数最多的为甲泼尼龙;共发现不合理用药14例,占16.09%;主要为适应症不适宜、遴选药物不适宜和用法用量不适宜。结论目前本院住院患者糖皮质激素的应用还存在不合理情况,需进一步加强管理,促进其临床合理用药。Objective To study the application situation of glucocorticoid in a hospital, so as to promote its rational application. Methods The medical records of cases administrated with glucocorticoid during the third quarter in 2013 were sampled for statistical analysis. 87 cases were randomly sampled and their rationality of glucocorticoid medication was evaluated. Results There were 9 types of clinical usage for glucocorticoid in the hospital, in which the frequency of chemo regimen and its prevention of adverse drug reaction was the highest. 7 kinds of glucocorticoid injection were used in the hospital, the most frequently used one was methylprednisolone. 14 cases of irrationality were found in this study. The rate of irregular application of glucocorticoid was 16.09%, which mainly related to no indication drug usage, improper selection of drugs, improper usage and dosage of drugs. Conclusion Both insufficient use and abuse of glucocorticoid simultaneously existed in clinic. The standard application of glucocorticoid in clinic needs to be improved.
