摘  要:目的 了解育龄妇女在月经周期中血清抑制素 (INH)含量的变化规律及其与卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)、雌二醇 (E2 )及孕酮 (P)的相关性。方法 建立一种改良的INH放射免疫测定法 (RIA) ,对育龄妇女正常月经周期中及绝经后妇女血清INH含量的变化进行监测 ;同时测定血清FSH、LH、E2 及P含量 ,分析INH与FSH、LH、E2 及P之间的相关性。结果 血清INH含量在月经周期中具有规律性变化 ,从滤泡期开始逐渐升高 ,在黄体中期达峰值 ;在滤泡期和黄体期 ,血清INH和FSH含量呈显著负相关 ,rs=- 0 483 ,P <0 0 1;围排卵期 ,两者间无明显相关性 ,P >0 0 5。滤泡期 ,血清E2 含量与INH含量呈显著正相关 ,r =0 39,P <0 0 5 ;围排卵期 ,血清INH含量与血清E2 含量相关性更为明显 ,r =0 47,P <0 0 5 ;血清INH含量与血清LH含量间无相关性 ,P >0 0 5。黄体中期 ,血清INH含量与血清P含量间呈现明显正相关 ,r =0 6 8,P <0 0 1;但与血清E2 含量间不存在相关性 ,P >0 0 5。结论 INH在月经生理中具有重要的调节作用 ,尤其对垂体合成分泌FSH的抑制作用 ,确切机制尚有待于进一步研究探讨。Objective\ To explore the changes of serum inhibin(INH)in fertile women during menstrual cycle and study the correlativities between INH and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)and progesterone(P).Methods\ We established a modified INH radioimmunoassay(RIA)and then detected serum INH level dynamically during follicular,peri-ovulation,and mid-luteal phases in 39 fertile women and in 16 menopausal women.Serum FSH,LH,E 2 and P contents were measured simultaneously.Their relation were analysed statistically.Results\ Serum INH changed regularly during menstrual cycle.It increased gradually from the follicular phase and reached the peak value during mid-luteal phase.INH was significantly negatively correlated with FSH during follicular and luteal phase,r s=-0 483,P<0 01;but there was no correlativity during peri-ovulation phase,P>0 05 During follicular phase,positive correlativity existed between INH and E 2,r=0 39,P<0 05;it became more remarkable during peri-ovulation phase,r=0 47,P<0 05 There was no correlation between INH and LH,P>0 05 During mid-luteal phase,significantly positive correlativity existed between INH and P,r=0 68,P<0 01;but no correlation existed between INH and E 2,P>0 05 Conclusion\ Inhibin has an important effect on the regulation of physiological process of menstrual cycle,especially the inhibitory effect on production and secretion of FSH from pituitary gland,the explicit mechanism needs to be investigated furthermore.The modified INH RIA established the foundation of clinical research of INH.
