孟鲁司特对过敏性紫癜患儿T细胞亚群变化的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨使用孟鲁司特治疗过敏性紫癜（HSP）患儿对其T细胞亚群变化的影响。方法将2010年1月~2013年1月本院收治的120例过敏性紫癜患儿，随机分为为对照组60例和观察组60例，对照组行传统对症治疗，观察组在此基础上服用孟鲁司特进行治疗。治疗前后分别采集两组患儿血样对T细胞亚群含量进行测定。另同期选取40例正常儿童作为正常组。结果观察组患儿服用孟鲁司特治疗后其T细胞亚群CD4＋T 细胞、CD8＋T 细胞及CD4＋/CD8＋治疗前相比均有显著改善（P〈0.05）。结论孟鲁司特能够调节过敏性紫癜患儿T细胞亚群的免疫作用，治疗过敏性紫癜有良好效果。ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of montelukast on children with allergic purpura T cell subsets.Methods120 cases patients with HSP were randomly divided into control group（60 cases） and observation group（60 cases）, control group was treated with conventional treatment, observation group was treated on the basis of the conventional treatment, and also given montelukast sodium tablets.Collected blood samples before and after the treatment, used the fluorescence method and flow cytometry in strument detection T cell subsets content. 40 cases of normal children were choosen as healthy group.ResultsCompared with observation group given treatment before, observation group after used montelukast, HSP children with CD4＋ cells and CD4＋/CD8＋ were significantly higher（P＆lt;0.05）, CD8＋ cells were significantly lower（P＆lt;0.05）.ConclusionMontelukast can regulate the function of T cell subsets and can treat HSP effectively.
