刺五加片中总异秦皮啶含量的高效液相色谱法研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立刺五加片含量测定方法。方法 :采用PhenomenexC18柱 ,乙腈 - 0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾 (15∶85 )为流动相 ,检测波长 34 4nm。结果 :总异秦皮啶加样回收率 10 2 .8% ,RSD为 2 .2 %。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确可靠。Objective: To establish the determination method of total isofraxidin in Ciwujia Tablets. Methods: In this method phenomenex C 18 column was used, acetonitrile -0.05mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (15∶85) was used as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 344nm.Results: The recovery of the added sample was 102.8% and RSD was 2.2%. Conclusion: This method is simple and the result is reliable.
