摘　　要：以渗透性丙烯酸聚合物 (Eudragit RS)为包衣材料制备盐酸地尔硫控释微丸 ,体外释放度呈零级释放 ,释药速率常数为 0 .0 6 35 h- 1。释放度符合美国药典 版规定。微丸经 3个月加速试验 。Controlled release pellets of diltiazem hydrochloride were prepared by using Eudragit RS as coating material. The dissolution test in vitro showed that the drug release profile followed zero order kinetic equation, and release rate constant was 0.0635 h -1 . Good stability was indicated by accelerated test for 3 months.
