复合氨基酸注射液(17AA)中N-乙酰-L-酪氨酸及N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸的HPLC测定

摘　　要：对复合氨基酸注射液 (17AA)中含量较低的 N-乙酰 - L-酪氨酸及 N-乙酰 - L-半胱氨酸用 HPL C法进行测定。采用阳离子交换色谱柱 ,以水 (取 0 .0 5 mol/ L 硫酸 1ml置 10 0 0 ml量瓶中以水定容 ,调节 p H至 3.0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 10 nm。该方法在 10～ 10 0 μg/ m l范围呈良好的线性 ,相关系数分别为 0 .9996和 0 .9999,平均回收率分别为 99.94%和 99.72 % ,RSD分别为 0 .42 %及 1.19%。A HPLC method for determination of N acetyl L tyrosine and N acetyl L cysteine was established using Supelcosil LC SCX column with the mobile phase of water (pH 3.0), at the detection wavelength of 210 nm. They had good linearites in the range of 10~100 μg/ml, with r of 0.9996 and 0.9999, respectively. The average recoveries of N acetyl L tyrosine and N acety L cysteine were 99.94% and 99.72% with RSD of 0.42% and 1.19%, respectively.
