摘　　要：坦桑尼亚是非洲大陆资源比较丰富的国家之一,与我国关系良好,是我国矿业公司从事海外资源开发的首选目的地之一。作者根据在坦桑尼亚工作经历及对相关资料的综合分析,对坦桑尼亚矿业管理制度做了初步的研究,并与我国矿业管理制度作了对比,从而有针对性地提出建议。Tanzania is one of African countries with abundant mineral resources and has good friendship with China. It is one of primary targets for the Chinese mining companies and enterprises to invest in Africa. Based on the working experience and the integrated analysis of the relevant geological data, the authors conducted a preliminary study on the mineral right administration system of Tanzania, compared with Chinese mineral right administration system and finally gave relevant suggestions to professions.
