复方头孢氨苄胶囊中甲氧苄啶含量的荧光法测定  

Determination of Trimethoprim in Compound Cefalexin Capsules by H-Point Standard Addition Method and Fluorescence Spectrophotometry

摘　　要：采用 H点标准加入荧光法测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中甲氧苄啶的含量。线性范围为 0～ 3.0μg/ml,平均回收率为 10 3.98%。Trimethoprim in compound cefalexin capsules was determined in alcohol phase by H point standard additions methods. Cefalexin did not interfere with the determination. The linear range was 0~3.0 μg/ml, and the average recovery was 103.98%.
