摘　　要：目的　寻找鼻部外伤性骨折的准确诊断和有效的复位方法。方法　对 6 4 0例鼻部外伤病人的鼻骨x线侧位摄片 (其中 171例同时做鼻部CT水平位扫描 )等资料进行分析 :双侧鼻骨骨折 2 56例 ,单侧鼻骨骨折2 94例 ,单纯上颌骨额突骨折 2 0例 ,鼻骨、上颌骨额突复合骨折 2 3例 ,鼻骨、鼻中隔复合骨折 31例 ,鼻骨、上颌骨额突、鼻中隔复合性骨折 16例 ,手法复位 595例。结果　 586例复位满意 ,9例较差。结论　x线鼻骨摄片只能诊断双侧鼻骨同时骨折 ,而单侧鼻骨骨折错位不严重者 ,上颌骨额突骨折 ,筛骨垂直板骨折CT扫描均能清楚显示。鼻骨复位钳。Objective To explore the exact diagnostic methods and the effective restoration method for the traumatic fracture on nose. Methods The X-ray films of side position with 640 cases of traumatic injury on nose were analyzed ( meanwhile 171 cases were taken the CT scan on nose ). Among them 256 cases were double-side nasal fracture, 294 cases were single-side nasal fracture, 20 cases were only maxilla frontal process fracture, 23 cases were nasal and maxilla frontal process complex fracture, 31 cases were nasal bone and septum complex fracture and 16 cases were nasal bone, septum and maxilla frontal process complex fracture. 595 cases received manual restoration. Results 586 cases of restoration were satisfied and 9 cases were worse. Conclusion X-ray film on nasal bone can only diagnose the double-side nose fracture happened at the same time. CT scan could show clearly for single-side nose fracture without severe dislocation, maxilla frontal process fracture and ethmoid vertical plate fracture. The common used methods are restoration pliers and the pistol shape forceps.
