摘　　要：结合近几年采掘行业水资源论证工作的实际情况,重点探讨当矿井排水量大于自身用水量的情况下,采掘业用水合理性论证分析的对象,以及采用不同的论证对象将会给水资源管理、水资源费征收及水资源的合理开发利用带来的影响,并提出了相应的建议。Consideration has been given to the actual situation of water resources assessment in mining industry in recent years. Discussions are made mainly on the objects of study on rationality of water use in the mining industry under the con- dition of drainage water in the well is more than water used by the well itself. Furthermore, analysis is made on the impact of different objects on water resources management, collection of water resources fees and rational water development and utilization, together with relevant suggestions.
