基于日常生活文化规则视角的家政服务职业体系构建

摘　　要：家政服务体系涉及家政服务范围、服务对象、劳动关系和服务质量等内容,梳理清楚这些问题必须从日常生活规律中寻求答案,因为日常生活的文化规则影响或支配着家政服务职业体系的构成。文章基于家政服务存在于日常生活而又非日常生活职业的社会事实,提出家政服务默认的主体性、实用性、民主性和否定性四个规则,探讨家政服务体系建设的思考方式和基本构架。Housekeeping service system involves the scope of housekeeping services , clients, labor relations, quality of service, etc.Carding a clear answer of these questions must be sought from the theory of everyday life , and the cultural rules of daily life affect and dominate the composition of domestic service profession system .Based on the fact that housekeeping is present in daily life but is not a daily life profession, it proposes the four default housekeeping rules of subjectivity , practicality, democracy, ne-gation, and explores ways of thinking and basic architecture of building housekeeping service system .
