摘 要:海南是我国重要的甘蔗生产省份之一,但其甘蔗主要种植区感染病毒的种类和数量尚不十分清楚,且海南甘蔗花叶病病原病毒缺乏分子水平的系统鉴定。为明确海南甘蔗病毒病的种类、数量、分布及危害情况,本研究拟建立较为完整的甘蔗病毒病检测技术体系,对海南甘蔗病毒病展开调查,为甘蔗抗病毒基因工程及健康种苗发展提供参考。In order to identify the viruses that infected sugarcane in Hainan, fourteen pairs of primer specific to SCMV, SrMV, MDMV, JGMV, SCBV, SSV, SCSV, SDV, SFDV, ScYLV and ScSMV were designed and used to detect 108 sugarcane samples which might be infected by virus diseases(including 20 experimental varieties), Ten health samples from 8 main cultivars in Hainan island were used as negative controls. RT-PCR products showed that 42 samples were SrMV infection with the rate of 38.8 %, 24 samples of ScYLV infection with the rate of 22.2% and SrMV and ScYLV co-infection with the rate of 6.4%. The result indicates that SrMV is the major pathogen of sugarcane mosaic disease in Hainan Province. The study provides a scientific basis for sugarcane virus detection and virus-free seedling cultivation.
